Quick FAQ:
Q: Can I use Blue and Vic in my entry?
A: Yes and No. For the majority, you don't need to ask my permission to draw them - In any OCT, the act of submitting an app is you agreeing that permission for your OC to be drawn within the group is not required. All I ask is that you keep them both in-character as much as possible. If you're unsure of something in regards to them, you're always welcome to ask. I'll attempt to answer as quickly as I'm able ~ 
However, if you are currently blocked from my account then you are NOT welcome to draw any of my OCs, and I reserve the right to refuse to compete with or against you during the H2 contest. You people know who you are.

CHARACTER INFO:

Since the events of Hype1, Blue's life has changed drastically, what with the addition of Victor, his wife Tally, two kids, his post service, RapidEx, expanding to cope with the extra business, as well as the unexpected surge of psychic power that was unlocked at the end of Hype1. A doting dad, he adores his two little kids to bits, and becoming a father has seen him unintentionally act a bit like everyone's dad, offering advice and spouting dad jokes whenever he pleases. 

Raw and unfocused, his psychic powers tend to manifest in response to his emotions, making him accidentally destructive when upset, and a lovely target for ghosts wanting an easy feed. Luckily, he has Victor, who is more than happy to attack any other ghost that comes near him.
With the constant need to keep level headed however, he's generally seen as quiet compared to all the fuss and noise going on around him, but underestimate him at your own risk. His tenacity isn't something to take lightly, he has a surprisingly powerful team at his disposal, a creative streak in regards to problem solving and the determination to hold onto his Champion's title. 

TEAM INFO:

Victor Bourke/Cofagrigus:
Ability: Mummy
Moves: Shadow Ball/Will-O-Wisp/Pain Split/Protect

While his debut in Hype1 saw him enter the scene as a foul-mouthed, irreverent jerkass, Victor has come a long way in the last four years, and he can now pass for a decent human being. Blue's influence is certainly clear, as he's considerably calmer than he used to be, and has even managed to discover a few skills he never even knew he had, such as cooking. Battle-wise, he looooves a good fight, and longs for a chance to really go wild and use his full strength - he's hoping Hype2 will give him that chance. An absolute tank, it takes a lot of damage to bring him down, and Vic is usually the last one standing in any fight. 
Like many Ghosts, he is able to possess humans, although his deal tieing him to Blue has left him able to only possess that man and no one else. Blue refuses to use his Pokéball unless absolutely necessary due to his human origins, so Victor sometimes 'backseat drives' and freeloads a ride with Blue. In the last few years, they have learned to share their respective powers and work together as a rather overwhelming pair.
During Hype1, Victor was gifted the ability of being able to revert to a human-looking form (appearing virtually identical to his 18 year old self), and has spent the last few years figuring out how to alter the appearance at will. In his 'human forme' he is completely unable to use any attacks whatsoever, and thus, must revert to his 'coffinbod' self to fight. He avoids transforming in front of Blue's kids so as not to scare them. 

Alpha/Sigilyph: REF SHEET
Ability: Tinted Lens
Moves: Charge Beam/Trick Room/Shadow Ball/Psychic

An ancient guardian, Alpha revealed himself to be far more powerful than he let on during the first Hyperion contest, and his ability to purify others and exorcise things is nothing to sneeze at. Initially responsible for separating Victor and Annon a number of years ago, he acted a guardian for Blue and helped keep Victor in check early on in their 'partnership'. Nowadays, Alpha has been acting as a mentor of sorts with Victor, helping the young man adjust better to life as a 'mon. 

Kilo/Nidoking:
Ability: Sheer Force
Moves: Thrash/Head Smash/Poison Jab/Strength

The longest serving team member between both Victor and Blue, Kilo has seen a lot of shit with his human partners. An absolute powerhouse, Kilo is the offensive muscle on the team (with even Victor acknowledging the 'Kings strength over his own) and is confident in the leadership Blue shows, following him without hesitation no matter what.
Previously named Spike, a name change was demanded by Kalosian customs before allowing Blue and Tally into the region for their honeymoon; Blue opting for the simple name of Kilo to get past the ridiculous censorship laws in the area. The Nidoking responds to both Kilo and Spike without confusion, however.

Romeo/Lucario:
Ability: Justified
Moves: Shadow Claw/Thunder Punch/Close Combat/Poison Jab

One of two catches during his honeymoon, Romeo was caught as a Riolu, and raised alongside Oscar as the new 'pets' of the family that inevitably followed the marriage. He prefers to walk/run on all fours where he can, unlike most Lucario, but does stand upright when the situation calls for it. 
More dog than kung fu fighter, Romeo is great with kids, loves attention and bellyrubs. 

Oscar/Furfrou:
Ability: Fur Coat
Moves: Wild Charge/Zen Headbutt/Headbutt/Iron Tail

The second of two catches duing Blue's honeymoon in Kalos, Oscar simply started following Blue and didn't relent, leading the man to just catch the dog and be done with it. Surprisingly tough in battle, Oscar has pulled Blue out of a few sticky situations in the past, and he's more than happy to bring the dog into battle here at Hyperion.
