Who remembers my first deviation??

For those who don't, here's the [link] -- what a huge difference between the two, eh?

As I said in my journal, I wanted to try out the FMA art again, but in the Manga styles, rather than the Anime. I personally think the lineart looks very close to Miss Arakawa's style, but the colouring on the covers of the FMA manga is in a very painterly style, which I haven't got the hang of yet. So I settled for four colour cel-shading, then heavily blended. Sorry for the boring BG, I couldn't think of much else, and the blood splatter was kinda' a last minute addition.
