Y3R3/R4 Ref - Ty and the Sky/Dive Team

Into the ocean for Round Three, Ty will be sporting a Mega-Gyarados themed wetsuit (matching again ftw! XD), wearing a belt holding minor first aid gear and a pair of rebreathers, and most importantly, holding a stop-watch to time ALL trainers attempting to dive below his station in the Gale-Break Channel. 
Any Trainer who is below the water for more than 40 seconds will be pulled to the surface by Ty and Kami. No exceptions.
Daven and Nubi will accompany him, but be staying above water with a pair of Lapras as support if needed. 

Round Four sees Ty don his favourite flight gear once more, however, he and Daven will be stationed at Manu Ranch, the finish line, until just before the last flights make land, watching the competitors come in around Mt Myth. Note that Sparkles is the fastest thing alive (or at least, that's what she thinks, and isn't too far off, really), so it's not unreasonable for Ty to show up and break up any fighting they may see from the Ranch.
