Franz now wonders if being nice was worth going deaf over. :'D

This stuff with Kaoru was definitely the most hilarious to write out - Franz and Kaoru couldn't be more polar opposite, and Ayumon29 had no shortage of feedback to keep it all within character too ~

And of course, it goes without saying that she managed to pull the story behind the muted colours out of him fairly quickly too. His overall opinion of life is rather dull, and he has very few reasons to keep him from attempting anything too reckless. Ironic, really, that someone with such low opinion of his own life would enter a contest overseen by a life-giving deity.

Artwise, can't say I'm fan of how the ballroom turned out, but oh well, can't be perfect all the time. It'd be rather unreasonable for anyone in their right mind to expect that. At any rate, one page left, woo!

Sérac is quickly rising to being one of my favourite sassmasters~ Literal definition of "is better than you and knows it". xD

So I was thinking, was this "dullness" present before BFOIY2? Thinking back it makes sense for a man who cares so little for the world to sacrifice it like he tried to. But at the same time he seemed much more, you know, not dead inside so either he faked emotion or it happened afterwards maybe?
