Jubilee R4 - Muck Warfare - Pg01

Welcome to Round Four - Splatmon! ...Or maybe it's Pokétoon? Either way, everyone's favourite snow fox finds herself in yet another round, and ready for lots more fun with Papa!

What's that? You mean this contest is supposed to be about Franz? Oh please! Everyone worth their salt knows that Arête is the true star of the show!

• All joking aside, R4 is a doozy, with several key conditions all in place at the same time; Set Palette, No Pure Black or White, Alt Style Challenge, Setting is an Art Gallery, and there are several separate story objectives requiring completion. So buckle up, because this'll be a long one at a total of seven pages.
• Seeing as both an Alt Style and restricted palette go against my visual narrative with Franz, I've opted to shift the focus onto Arête to show the story from closer to her perspective, which gives me the perfect reasoning behind the abrupt style/colour/font shift of the artwork. 
• Alt Style is influenced by the work of Kanekoshake -- I wanted to keep his blog to myself a little while longer, but more than one person kept mistaking the draft style for Panty & Stocking, which I wanted to quash that before it really took hold. 
• Background will feature as many art world spoofs as I can manage - Have fun figuring out what all the paintings and junk are referencing ~ 
• Final note, I did want to cameo all the remaining Trainers, but at time of writing, we're two weeks into the round and some people still don't even have basic ref up, soooo??? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
